A free three-session course for Corporate Rebels

Hope In the Everyday

It’s been a rough couple of years.

You keep thinking things will get better, and they do.

Travel is back. You are eating out. School has been relatively normal. AND returning to the office is wonky. Plans are still being upended by Covid. There are mass shootings, social upheaval, and enough political strife to fill the history books for generations.

And there are so many wonderful, magical things about daily life that are worth your time and attention. Staying positive can feel like swimming upstream. How do you maintain hope in today’s world? How do you stay positive without feeling like you’re sticking your head in the sand on important issues?

It’s finally time for the Corporate Rebels to gather and put our heads together in 3 FREE live experiences centered on HOPE. I will share my best thinking and tools on how to keep your head above water while living during this fast-changing period of history.

Hope – The best tool we’ve got

We’re still in the chaos. Some days, you are creative and motivated. Other days, you’re exhausted and can’t answer one more email. I get it. You’ve lived through a lot, and “normal” is an ever-changing target.

You’ve laughed. You’ve cried. You made sourdough, and stayed home. You’ve kept up with the news or stopped watching altogether because it became impossible to maintain any sense of hope in the face of national and world events.

Please join me!

I’ve been thinking and talking about hope with 1:1 clients and in my group programs and have developed tools to help you find ease in your daily life. I’d love to gather with all of you amazing folks and talk about what it takes to live well and stay hopeful at this moment in history.

If you’ve participated in my live events, you know this isn’t your typical “one and done” webinar.

Hope In the Everyday is a FREE 3-part live experience where you will learn tools to impact your everyday life in ways that create ease and elegance. My events are interactive and use your real life as the foundation for expansion and transformation.

What you'll learn:

Session 1: Where are we?
Any change journey requires an evaluation of where you are now. In this first session, we’ll talk about how you’re doing, assess the current state of your life and work, and set the stage to make changes.

Session 2: Strategies for Hope
In this session, I will unpack my best thinking and my toolbox to help you shift negativity to positivity so you can have more energy, have more fun, and feel more productive. This is not a rainbows and unicorns version of positivity. I believe you can find magic, possibility, and hope in the midst of challenge and difficulty. You must live in this world as it is while making choices every day that support your well-being and success.

Session 3: Hope in Action!
My goal is that this series of live experiences immediately changes your daily life. This session will help you create a plan of intentional choices and move into action so the day-to-day you are living right now is aligned with what you want.

  • Each session will offer practical, tangible exercises and tools immediately applicable to your work and life.
  • The strategies in this course are shareable so you can help your team and your family find hope and ease, as well.
  • Sessions are lively and engaging. If you’ve ever worked with me, you know that’s true.
